Meet My Pets! 🐾
Nickname(s): Queen of everything, Mimi, Mitty, Mitmit
Information: Mimi is the protector. Whenever someone gets upset or the other cats start fighting, she is first to investigate. Mittens was my very first cat, and she is very precious to me. She is honestly the cutest, smartest, most amazing cat in the world. She’s the type to rub against you and then when you pet her, she bites. She’s also very vocal when her siblings get too close! She does not like to be held, but she loves the laser pointer and she quickly figured out that the light was being produced by it and by me!
Age: Older adult
Information: Shirou was a rescue from our local vet. Someone dumped a box of scrawny baby kittens in front of the vet, and my mom just happened to visit there soon after. Naturally, we HAD to take him. Shishi does not like other animals, especially other cats, but he’s not aggressive, either. He prefers to be alone and doesn’t like being close to other animals. He rarely plays, but when you get him cradled in your arms, he loves to tuck his head under your chin!
Nickname(s): Capie, Cabbage patch, Cabbage
Age: Young adult
Information: We adopted Capie from an adoption fair. As soon as we saw his tail, we knew we had to choose him! His tail is all black, but the tip is white like it was dipped in paint. Captain does NOT like to be held, and he has no problem voicing his discomfort, but he loves to be pet. He likes high places and loves to play/fight with the other cats.
Information: Chase is the BEST cat you could ever ask for. He’s sweet and loving, loves to be petted and to lay on you. He never growls and just remains calm when the other cats swat at him. Every night when I lay down to sleep, Chase jumps over and lays right on top of me, purring and wanted to be pet. He loves to play with the other cats, which usually leads to fights because they don’t want to play. We adopted him from Petsmart at the same time as Poptart, so they grew up together!
Nickname(s): Poppy, Poppytart
Information: Poptart is technically my mother’s cat lol She got him while I got Chase! Poptart was originally adopted for my grandmother, who had recently lost her cat, Tiger (more information can be found under the RIP page). He greatly resembles her, so she thought it would be a good idea to adopt him, and it was. His tail is crinked, but the vet assured us that it would not affect him medically. Poptart is extremely bottom heavy, so you have to pick him up carefully and support his butt. He’s not too fond of being held, but will often jump into mom’s chair and kneed the blanket she is currently making lol He grew up alongside Chase, so they are best buds!
Nickname(s): Pi, Pipi
Information: Pilot is technically my brother’s cat that we are cat-sitting. Butttt, I don’t think he’s gonna take her back to be honest. She is really sweet and loves to be loved on, but she has a bad habit of biting your face – not aggressively, just… out of love? lol Unfortunately, Mittens does NOT like her and often goes after her, so Pi spends most of her time hiding when Mittens is roaming around.
